3. Counter-Notice (If Content Was Removed by Mistake)

  • Your consent to legal jurisdiction if required

  • Your electronic or physical signature

Once received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 14 days.


4. Repeat Infringers

appnuz.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or block users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.


5. Good Faith Policy

We process all DMCA requests in good faith, but we are not responsible for misrepresentations made by third parties submitting claims.
